My Agency Portal

This is the portal for agencies to manage their KIPS eLearning and KIPS Annual Check Up accounts. The agency’s authorized KIPS Registrar can register staff, track learner progress, and print reports. The first time an agency places an order for online services, a management account will be established and the KIPS Registrar will be sent login information and instructions.

KIPS eLearning registration process
After you submit an order for KIPS eLearning or the Annual Check-Up (see the Price List and Order Form), we will send you an invoice with further information on the registration process. When you order, you will need to assign someone at your agency to be the KIPS Registrar who will enter the names and email addresses for those to be enrolled.
